Hello Michal, if you no longer wish to process the order item after it has been rejected, you can set a deletion indicator at item level. The item will then no longer be displayed as consumed in the purchasing contract.Best regardsTimo

Hi, you can use the field "Lead time in days" in the App "Manage Catalog Items". Here you can maintain your Delivery time in days, which will be counted from the current date, when you create a new PR item. Best regards, Timo
