I'm facing issue while registering for External Authentication in SAP Build Process Automation. It returns a Blank screen and registration doesn't complete.

All prerequisites for Microsoft Azure settings have been configured.External Authentication registration of Microsoft Office365 still returns blank screen.

I’m trying to configure Automation Launcher to execute an automation manually but I’m receiving the error shown in the screenshot below. Please advise.Also, is there any other way to execute automation manually by various users? 

I'm getting an error in the Application. How to check where it's happening and correct the same?
