the purchase order approval notification emails do not arrive in sap s/4 hana cloud public. Is it a prerequisite to configure output management? or what configuration do I need to do?
@swadhinata Yes, the notifications appear to the approvers, but there is no option to activate the mail notification flag. is that why the notification emails do not arrive?
