I was not able to solve it. Not a good solution but I ended up refreshing the whole launchpad on back button press for now. It worked out for us because the app is not that heavily used.

Hi Jun,No Error message in the console. Interestingly, if the user enters invalid date , the errors are shown because Reported and Failed Structures are populated. Right after that if user corrects the invalid entries, the navigation is not working....
