In our old ERP system we could assign a region to a country. UK = Europe, Kuwait = Middle East ETC...Where in S4 would I be able to find this table that has this information. Or if not available what / where have others populated this information.

Thank You, yeah reducing the res to 25% I can fit a few more rows. This is a one time thing since we're doing a correction from our legacy data inventory that was placed in the wrong location.
