Hi Lucy, Thank you for the reply. I have a good idea of how LVA works with using SAP ByDesign. However, I was hoping to get a setup or configuration document pertaining particularly with SAP S4 HANA Public Cloud.
I'm not able to show the interest calculation in the out of the box dunning letters.
Is there any additional setting to calculate interest?
Are the fees and interest posted or just reflected in the letter?
