I changed the version of RIMRAF from 5.07 to 5.05 and the issue gone. So it is a issue of rimraf@5.07 . But another issue happens in BTP abap environment.

Think this is related to SAP UI5 version. If i changed the version to 1.120.12, it works. But it is failed to deploy toSAP BTP Abap environment .
