Not only about the fiori app. Self-Billing cockpit is the replacement of old solution. New features would be developed and released in SBC. Eg: Self-billing with invoice creation process, localization,Manage Deviation....

VSB1N still active in S/4HANA OP, but not S/4HANA cloud. Also it is out of maintainence.
