SCC3 log is delay, I think around 24hr delay
after 24 hr, we can check the log
any schedule job behind ? or how can resolve the issue?

how about the OS level backup, snapshot, etc? if OS level corrupt after windows update, any backup from SAP? and if the server is hang, customer can call SAP PCE to restart ?
