We have some custom code which sets the customer on a B2C ticket generated from an incoming email by reading the body, extracting the sender and overwriting the original customer.

We use IP restriction in SF but have now found this is stopping users logging into the Teams app on the homepage tab on a mobile device as it can’t finish the login via IAS (as it tries to reach the desktop). Is there a plan to resolve this in future...
