Idoc creation from abap report using custom data - URGENT Plzz

Hi gurus,

My requirement is to create an outbound idoc from an abap internal table. The table is not a standard one and is a user defined one.

This i doc is used to transport data from one system to other through XI.

any pointers to a code sample would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

In this case , just right a report program to pick all the data from this table, and use the FM MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE to send it to the XI system.

Thanks a lot for the clarification.

can you please clarify on these points also:

1. how do i come to know that the idoc is transported to XI system from my source system.

2. Will the XI trigger any FM or report in the Target system when the Idoc reaches my target system? if yes, please tell me a transaction or a program i need to configure for the same.

Hi ,

You can see the status of IDOC in WE02 , if it is 03 it means it was successfully processed from your side, they need to check in XI system it reached correctly or not.

Hi,

iF THE IDOC STATUS IS 03 that menas the data sedn to the external system correctly.

Once it goes to the XI, the middle ware people will route that one to the target system.

Our responsibility is to sedn to the XI only. From there the middle ware people who are working on XI will take care of it.
