"SAP TechEd 2009 Phoenix registration and hotel reservations will open this summer.

The Early Bird registration fee is the same as last year: $2,295 per person."

Can anyone tell me what the registration fee includes ? ...is it just for the entry into SAP TechEd for the 4 days ? Do you have to organize accommodation and travel to and from the conference yourself ?

Yes, you'll have to secure accomodations and travel arrangements yourself.

They'll post the "Official" hotel with a Tech-Ed rate or you can look for your best deal.

The reg fee pays for entrance to the event and any on-site meals provided.

Yes, we have secured discounted hotel room rates at several Phoenix hotels. You will have the opportunity to book a hotel room at our discounted rate once we open conference registration in June.
