As per @Pa_Vi  Anyone with an SAP Learning Hub subscription can enroll for hands-on practice systems to gain practical knowledge and experiment with SAP solutions. Therefore it essential to have SAP Learning Hub.

Dear @Muhammad_Zain 

Really appreciate your effort and confidence to have certification SAP  C_TS4FI_2023 in SAP S/4HANA Finance  . Its seems good to practice before final examination but for that you have to arrange the tenant from your side or either you have purchase from SAP Portal  - https://www.sap.com/training-certification/learning-hub.html .
