IEE2E practice system, unit 4 copy GL exercise

I cannot copy a GL account due to apparent authorization issue. This happens in the IEE2E (E2E business processes in S4PC) Unit 4, exercise 3. instructions indicate to copy GL 6510000 to GL 6510###. error message indicates "you are not authorized to create GL in YCOA. There are 2 different places to do this copy activity and same error message each time.  I know of a couple others in this practice system with same issue.  Any ideas?

I did reconfirm that the role noted in unit 4, exercise 1 "BR_GL_ACCOUNTANT" was in fact added to my account.

Great idea to post this in our Q&A board
Let’s see if others in the group members have come across something similar—others might weigh in with their experience and recommendations.
I’ve also notified the course owner, maybe we get additional input from that side as well.
As a next step, let's keep this tread open we can add feedback from either the support team or the course owner.

• Create a new case
• Choose “Practice Systems” as the Service Category
• Provide as much detail as possible (for exa.mple: error messages, screenshots, and the steps you’ve already taken)

Hi Heather, this is not a user error and seems to be a system issue. You might be able to continue the exercises using the "original" account 65100000 instead.
