Accessing exam

Hi everyone,

I have a system-based assessment booked for SAP Certified - SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals (C_THR82) on Nov 4, 2026 at 10:00 America/Vancouver (19:00 Berlin time).

What I’m seeing:

• The C_THR82 certification page says it is currently unavailable due to system maintenance and will be available again on Nov 13, 2026.
• The same page still says I can start my exam on Nov 4 at 10:00.
• My Certifications still lists the scheduled exam attempt, and I received the 24-hour reminder email.
• SAP Learning Help Center, Practice Systems, section 18 (Unexpected Disruptions), lists C_THR82 (collection 2605) as affected from Nov 2, 2026, 10:53 AM to Nov 13, 2026, 12:00 PM (Europe/Berlin), reason “Technical Issues.” The page says disruptions “may” impact access.

My questions:

1. Has anyone had a booked slot inside a listed disruption window, and did the exam launch as scheduled?
2. If the exam fails to launch at the scheduled time, was the attempt restored or left unused?
3. Is there an official statement on whether already-booked slots are honored during these disruptions?

I’m planning to keep the slot, try to launch at 10:00. I also have a support case (Id: 5000448284) open, but I didn't receive any feedback. 

Any ideas for me from anyone?
