ABAP certification

Hi experts,

I am working as ABAP developer for more than 2.5years.I like to do certification "SAP Certified Development Associate" .

1. Can I write the certification directly with out training or I have to under training in any authorised center?

2. How much certification cost?

Hi

You can take the certification directly only if approved by your employer and SAP Education in your country.

You can go for certification directly without training only if they think that your experience is "adequate'

Only certification costs Rs. 25,000

Training + Certification costs Rs. 3.6 lacs.

Hi Karthi,

What I have known is, your company has to provide a letter saying that you have been working on ABAP for 2+ years.

Hi,

this is what sap requires " To appear for Associate level certification without attending any SAP course you need Minimum 1 year of SAP Implementation Experience with minimum of 6 months experience in the module and version in which you wish to take up certification"

"The last 1 year should be with your present employer"

" Your present employer should be a CUSTOMER or PARTNER of SAP "
