This SAP CodeJam event is on the topic of Getting started with Generative AI Hub on SAP AI Core and Python. You do not need to have any background in the topic, but a lot of curiosity!
In this CodeJam you will learn how to use Generative AI Hub on SAP AI Core to implement a retrieval augmented generation (RAG) use case to improve the responses of large language models (LLMs) and reduce hallucinations. You will learn how to deploy an LLM on SAP AI Core and query it via SAP AI Launchpad and the Python SDK. Furthermore, you will learn about the most important genAI concepts and create and use text chunks and embeddings to improve your RAG response.
This is a free in-person event and is planned for Friday, October 11th in Munich, Germany 🇩🇪 from 10:00 to 16:00 CEST (GMT+02:00). The language of the event and the content will be in English. The instructor is a Developer Advocate Nora von Thenen.

Note that spaces are limited: we can only accommodate 44 attendees.

You will only need your laptop with a web browser (e.g. chrome) that can run BAS. All the technologies will be provided by us 🙂 See you Friday!
I see registration is closed and we can be only in waiting list but I can not see a link to register for the waiting list. Or is it enough to say yes to the "Will you be attending?" on the top?
As per the comment from @noravonthenen
"... to close registration now and add everyone else after this to the waiting list,"
Any subsequent registration by clicking "Yes" to the "Will you be attending?" will automatically add you to the waiting list.
Once a reminder email is sent out, any remaining open spots will be allocated to those on the waiting list.
Yes, exactly! Just click "yes" and you will then receive information via email latest by Wednesday 🙂 I am just very busy with TechEd right now! I hope to see all of you Tuesday morning in the Community welcome right after the Executive Keynote!
I sent an email a couple of days ago but if you signed up yesterday or the day before you might have not gotten it. I will trigger it again 🙂 But as we have 44 seats and 41 signed up, you are welcome to come on Friday!
