we would like to organize SAP Code Jam:

Which topic? 

Classic ABAP to ABAP Cloud
ADT Troubleshooting & Optimization
ABAP AI SDK
Intro to ABAP in VS Code

When? Between 17.08.2026 & 28.08.2026

Where? Dresden, Germany

Would it be possible to invite the ABAPconf 2025 team and Andre Fischer, Karl Kessler, and Sebastian Baskovich?

Due to internal compliance rules, we are unfortunately unable to admit external participants.

Would that be possible?

A couple of issues with this request.  First we don't really do single company specific CodeJams. If they aren't open to the whole community that's kind of too close to a consulting engagement. But putting that aside for the moment, how many attendees would be talking about from the single company?

Second issue is with the topics.  We offer a set list of CodeJam topics. ABAP Cloud is one of them.  Be we don't customize the content per requests.  The presenter might be able to demo a few things you listed, but they aren't necessarily included in the content of the existing CodeJam.

Third, the presenters.  We send one SAP expert to staff the event. I can't send multiple people.  And I'm not sure who you are referring to as the ABAPconf 2025 team.  Do you mean the SAP presenters from the event?  Or the community organizers? I can't fund external parties to present at the CodeJam either.

Hi Thomas, thank you for your reply. I discussed the topics and participants (Iwona Hahn, Ronny Pahlke, Andre Fischer, Karl Kessler, Sebastian Baskovich) with Iwona Hahn and Ronny Pahlke in advance. They organized the ABAP Conf 2025 in Dresden at the time. We would like to organize a similar format again. We are expecting 20 to 30 participants. Is that okay? Best regards, Rene
