Hi -
I was wondering how the permalink feature works for draft blogs? Although it is called "permalink" this link changes from when you start writing the blog to when it is published. Also, when you manually edit this link to re-write the URL it doesnt save a reverts to the original auto generated permalink when the blog is published.
It would be really helpful to have a permanent link that does not change for the draft version of the blog so it can be cross referenced before the blog is live.
Thanks,
Aleks

Seems the permalink isn't so permanent.
Posts on blogs.sap.com have a second URL called a shortlink based on a unique ID number and it doesn't ever change. For example, https://blogs.sap.com/?p=472666.
You might see a URL like this when you save your post in draft mode. After that it appears behind the "Preview" link:
After the post is published, the easiest way to find this shortlink is embedded on the page's code I'm afraid.

can you make the permalink feature work? It still isn't really permanent (gone after save draft)
