SAP Process Integration Runtime Creation Failed

Hi Team , Pls support I hope added all the details in the description .

Subaccount: CxTest - Entitlements

Both Integration Suite  , SAP Process Integration Runtime everything present . 

Problem 1 : While accessing the integration suite application it giving me the  page without left Navigation like Design etc  Already have the IntegrationProvionarAdmin 

Problem 2:  While creating the instance of SAP Process Integration Runtime getting the error 

Generic error 

Service broker error: Service broker it-broker-rt failed with: could not reach service broker it-broker-rt at https://it-broker-rt.cert.cfapps.us10.hana.ondemand.com/v2/service_instances/2b059a35-7f08-40ce-b574...

Hi Prabhakar,

The second error is derived from the first one, meaning that without the activation of the capabilities on the Integration Suite you cannot create the SAP Process Integration Runtime. 

I would suggest you add the following roles to your user to access Integration Suite:
PI_Administrator
PI_Business_Expert
PI_Integration_Developer
Check if the user you are trying to access Integration Suite has these roles.
