Unable to see delete button in SAP ESS Leave Requests Application.

Hi Experts,

We are working on the leave request and approval configuration.Our concern is we are unable to see delete button in the SAP ESS portal Leave Request application.Our intention to give an options to deletes/cancels the leave applied by requester themselves before manager approve/reject it.

The below one is from client system.There is option to delete or change or cancel leave by employee in case required before manager actions.

The below screenshot is taken from SCN. The option i am looking is highlighted in red.

We are using the same workflow WS12300111 for new,cancellation and change request in table V_T554S_WEB (Processing process of types of leave) and Web Dynpro Application HRESS_A_PTARQ_LEAVREQ_APPL.

Our system verion is ECC6 ,EHP5.

There are other standard work flows (WS12400005 Cancel Leave Request with Approval and WS12400007 -Cancel Leave Request Without Approval ) related to Leave request & approve.

How to enable the delete or change or cancel leave option?

Can we use the workflow WS12300111 for these 3 case?.

Should we use different workflows to enable leave delete button in leave application?..

Can we enable these buttons in ECC6 ,EHP5 version?
