My customer is well into their SAP SuccessFactors rollout. An obvious plus to the end user community is mobile access to their SuccessFactors instance.
The question is how? Again, an obvious and already licensed choice is the Mobile App. However, there are some restrictions - some items are not available via the App and LMS content needs to be "responsive" in order to be useful via Mobile devices (App or no App).
Furthermore, SAP has the SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone - with attractive Mobile Access capabilities.
What am I looking for? What is my question? Given the availability of browser access via a mobile device, does the deployment of a Mobile App make sense? I realize this is really a "it depends" situation - but have any of you faced similar situations in your customer engagements?
