One job classification with different pay ranges dependent on countries

Hi,

hope you can help me.

A customer wants to implement a global job catalog.

Which means for over 30 countries they will have approx. 200 job classifications, which are globally valid.

Dependent on the country, they want to have different pay ranges for the SAME job classification.

E.g.

Job classification: 123 Consultant

Country: Italy

Pay range: 2000 € - 2500€ - 3000 €

Job classification: 123 Consultant

Country: Germany

Pay range: 2500 € - 3000€ - 3500 €

Meaning when hiring an employee in Italy on a vacant position with job classification "123 Consultant" the correct pay range (2000 - 2500 - 3000€) should be assigned automatically.

Is this possible or do the customer have to create the job jobclassification twice?

Meaning job classification "123 Consultant" for the legal entity Italy and another job classification "456 Consultant" for the legal entity Germany.

Thank you very much in advance!

KR,

Nesli

We have job classifications used globally by different countries. We have a unique pay range setup based on Country Geozone and the Job Grade.

For Example, job class 1083 is grade A globally.

Geozone for each country + Grade = unique pay range code with pay ranges.
