We are finding that external candidates who use the forgot password link in the career site do not receive the email if they are using Gmail. Candidates using other tools receive the e-mail.
We tested this and the message was delivered to an Outlook address but not received by a Gmail address.
Has anyone else encountered this and perhaps found a solution?

Hi,
Emails will not be delivered because Google does not accept emails from dummy domains. Check if the single sender is enabled and an email with a valid domain is maintained.

Thanks for sharing this. We have confirmed that the template is configured in the correct language and that language matches the language setting in the candidate.
It must be something else because the reset message is immediately received to Outlook accounts - the issue is really with Gmail.
