How to download a data change report for Comp and Job info after particular date

Hi,

I am working on building a report for another 3P tool for variable payout for incentive schemes which is based on employee's org details and salary details.

When we build an adhoc report, and want to create a report for the employee data only when there are any changes made to the employee profile in Job or comp info portlet. 

For example, comp changed on 1 Jun 2023 effective 1 Apr 2023 from 100 to 110, and if we pull a report on 2 Jun, only this employee record should come.

another example, if we put the last modified date as 1 Jun 2023, any records updated after 1 Jun 2023 should only be reported for comp or job info. 

Any suggestions to solve this will be appreciated.
