can I customize email notifications for different mentoring programs?

Hi there, I'm new to the implementation of mentoring programs in SAP, and wanted to know if we can customize, turn on/off email notifications for different mentoring programs within SuccessFactors? We have a business-wide mentoring program implemented, but we are also starting to configure smaller cohort-mentoring programs with different parameters. When I go to Email Notifications Templates and click on any of the Mentoring-related notifications, I can't see where I can select different mentoring programs in which this notification is active for, or how I can customize the body of the email to different mentoring programs:

For reference, I'm thinking of the Document-related notifications, where I can pick and choose which Document templates the email notifications are turned on for/customize the email body for different document templates:
