Future Hire Notification to Manager in EC

Dear Team,

Requirement is to trigger notification/Alert to Manager when employee is A Future hire. Please help me to understand if this is possible.

Hi 

This can be done by checking the Event or Event reason (if only for a specific Event Reason) along with the Event Date(start date) in the if conditions of your alert rule.
