Has anyone found a way to have the Performance review form editable by employees and managers at the same time as Calibration?
We do not use self-ratings but may need managers to rate before calibration. In our current setup, we move the performance forms to sit under the HR rep during calibration which removes ability for employees and managers to edit.
So, we need employees and managers could access and update their comments and feedback when Performance form is with HR. This would allow flexibility for different business units and avoid having a closed period in April.
Key question:
Can comment/feedback fields in Performance forms continue to be editable by managers and team members whilst in Calibration?
We are thinking of making the form to be editable at our 'Talent Admin' Step which is corresponding 'Calibration' step. We want the Manager and employee feedback/comments fields should be editable by both Employee and Mangers respectively.
