Suffering from brain cloud here, but can't seem to remember where the setting for the default playback mode is. It is currently set to practice, but I'd like to change it to Demo.
If you are referring to the default mode for Simulations when launched from SAP Companion, you control this by setting the parameter learningAppProjectMode=demo
