During the installation of the App Launcher, a message appears as in the attachment. I can't fix it. Has anyone encountered something similar? Regards RaphaelRequest clarification before answering.
I don't know why you now have 11 copies of the launcher downloaded... Go to your Downloads folder and delete all the ones with a number in brackets after it). Also try running the .msi directly from there - just double-click on it. If you can't access the downloads folder (whcih is what the message suggests) change your browser settings to save downloads somewhere else, or always prompt for the location to save to.

Hello Rafal, it seems that the path written cannot be found.
Try to search for this path and see if exist. Then check if you have the (read and write) permissions for that download folder.
If not I would say, you have two options:
1) change the download path from SEN Manager 2) contact your IT if your permissions are managed by your organization.
