SAP Enable Now Launcher - Connection error [0x0002EFF]

Dear community, need your help 🙂 maybe someone here can help me, with some users, when starting the producer this error message appears, see screenshot. The producer starts sometimes, but then it crashes and also when editing text fields. Something is wrong with the launcher ( connection) is someone this known or has an idea what you can do.
