Hi, when a user tries to launch Producer and gets an Invalid File Size error message, are there any other troubleshooting steps I should be doing, or will it be deleting the folder and doing a new install?
It looks like their local repository is corrupted. Delete it (it's in the location specified in the message - delete the as39ley0t6_w_... folder) and get the user to access Producer again - it will treat them like a new user and recreate the Workarea.
