Points not getting updated even though tutorial is completed

Good day :)!
I just wanted inform you that I have completed the week 1 Devtoberfest 2025 - Set Up Prerequisites for SAP Build CodeJam and in week 3 Devtoberfest 2025 - Create Action to Get Data from SAP S/4HANA Cloud  tutorial very long back, but points didn't get updated still. Could you please help to check and help to fix the issue.
