Outdated steps in Create an API Provider System tutorial – Devtoberfest Week 2 🔴 Integration

Hi everyone,

I’m working through the Devtoberfest Week 2 Integration activities. The Create an API Provider System tutorial appears to be outdated starting from Step 5: Enter information about the API Provider.

This step requires a Gateway username and password for the ES5 system (sapes5.sapdevcenter.com). However, registration for the Gateway Demo System referenced in the tutorial is no longer available. As a result, I cannot obtain the required credentials, complete Step 5, or continue with the remaining steps.

This also prevents me from completing the subsequent tutorials:

• Create an API Proxy
• Add an API Proxy to a Product

Are there any workaround so i can complete these activities?

@Serirat @a124518 unfortunately this is a tutorial that I incorrectly assigned as part of Devtoberfest. This tutorial should have been retired before and it slipped through. Apologies. There are many other tutorials that are part of Devtoberfest that you can complete and achieve the same number of points. Hope you are enjoying all the free learning available.
