Unable to access Web GUI

Hi,

When I am trying to access LTMC or to create bank accounts,

SAP would redirect into web browser.

But I am getting this issue.

Any suggestions to resolve this?

Hello,

It looks like the affected system is a demo / test system ("IDES"). Is this correct?

Please go to the transaction HTTPURLLOC and verify whether the table is maintained. If yes, you must change the entries, so they point to the local hostname of your test system.

If that transaction does not exist, then go to SE16 and open the table (HTTPURLLOC) from there.

You can verify the connection configuration of your system at your SAP Logon.

Use the same hostname at the entries in the transaction HTTPURLLOC.

To identify the correct port number, go to the transaction SMICM, menu Goto -> Services.

Troubleshooting steps when unable to access the GUI.

Check the connectivity to the XG

Connect to the XG from the CLI

Check the the tcpdump output and logs

Check and restart services

Reset the web admin console certificate to default device certificate
