If you are able to access the transport directories from all the application servers and RFCs are working correctly then it seems like your buffer file is corrupted . Pls rename or delete the buffer file in the transport directory and then access the transport queue from STMS tcode. It will generate an empty buffer file for you where you can add transports request manually to build your import queue .

Hi Mamta,

am facing the issue on the production server i copied the production buffer file (production SSID) from quality server to production

i think i was having the copy from old quality system refresh, now the problem solved but i can see only non transported requests

only, is there anyway to show the imported requests too ?

i will mark your solution as answer

thanks

Hello Yasin

If I understand your issue correctly here . The problem that you are facing is in QA after you refreshed from production. You have issue that now you do not know which all transports were applied to QA before the refresh .

This is a very common issue when it comes to refresh and you should always backup the Buffer file and take the dump of transport history of source system before you start the refresh . Now you can try to sync your TPALOG and ALOG entries.

You can refer to below blog to know how to sync ALOG entries .

https://answers.sap.com/questions/7228727/lost-transport-import-history-after-the-system-ref.html

Also , I would suggest if you can change your STMS route config and ensure that a transport is added to PRD buffer only when it is imported in QA .This would make your refresh process so much easy and straight forward as you will simply copy PRD buffer to QA and apply all the transports in the queue waiting to be imported to get to code base of QA before the refresh .

I hope this helps .
