While go through sap blog i got many suggestions and i even followed some but all are mentioning that to check the OSS in sm59 are active and working and i tried that but the connection shows logon error.

I need a good answer to solve this error kindly help me out with your best experience and knowledge.

Thank You Regards

Is SAP backbone connectivity configured ?

If yes check HTTP RFC status and OSS1 tcode configurations

SAPOSS is so outdated for SNOTE 😉 - use the http connection instead

With report RCWB_SNOTE_DWNLD_PROC_CONFIG you can change the default connection.

Please look at SAP note 2836302 - Automated guided steps for enabling Note Assistant for TCI and Digitally Signed SAP Notes ....

Because at the moment you can't download notes through SNOTE, you will need to download manually the notes needed to implement the functionality from the SAP LAUNCHPAD and import them on SNOTE.

Hi Teja

As rightly said by Brinkmeirer, SAPOSS is outdated, Refer to the SCN blog digitally signed SAP Notes using SNOTE transaction

https://blogs.sap.com/2019/06/14/how-to-configure-note-assistant-toolsnote-for-digitally-signed-sap-...
