Slow Server

We are working on SAP ECC 6.0(EHP5). We have business requirement of generating the hu and printing the hu using bar code printer. This process takes place like pack and print within 10 to 15 seconds and we have 10 odd locations to pack and print hu. and except the hu process we have normal dot matrix printers and laser printers. That takes the printing. Some time SAP become so slow even punching normal transaction takes too long time. In T-code SM50 we observed the printing got struck. Then we go to t-Code SPAD and then observe the following error.

Check the settings of the printer in SAP. If it's defined as SAPWIN, it won't work in background, since it uses the Windows spooler.

1. First how you are releasing the printouts from SAP? (SAP Printing methods?) and also configurations of the printer in SAP

2. As rightly said by Mathew check the printout devices
