Required ABAP Module pool programming (MPP) access

Hello Everyone,

I am new to SAP Basis. Now my requirement is to give Module pool programming (MPP) access to a ABAP person. Can any one of you tell me how to give MPP access?. Please help me.

If it is S/4 system you just have to give him access to SE80, SE41, SE43, SE11 transactions

if it is an ECC system, you need to give him a developper key (table DEVACCESS) from support.sap.com
