Request/Task is assigned to a different client

Hi Experts,

I am defining 'Define Global Goodwill Items',

I filled all the required fields, and click 'Save' icon,

then I clicked the 'Continue' button,

I got this error. Other SPRO configurations have no this error.

Please advise what should I do to solve this issue.

At the risk of stating the obvious, any chance you're logged into the wrong client? That transport was created in a different client, so that would be my best guess.

You've logged into the wrong client, or the person creating the request did so from the wrong client.

Talk to the owner of the first request. But if you're both working on the right client, you need separate requests.

ALSO

You may have noticed a little box next to where you typed your question. It's entitled Before Answering. You didn't read it, did you? You'd have been better off

a) Creating your own new question and

b) Putting something technical as a tag for it: SAP S/4HANA Finance for group reporting is not entirely the right group.
