Hi,
When trying to implement a note via snote the system shows the following message:
Error in remote connection to destination SAPOSS: Error when opening an RFC connection (LB: Hostname or service of the message server unknown DEST =SA
Message no. SB331
Diagnosis
An error occurred during RFC communication with a remote system. SAPOSS was used as a destination (maintain destinations in transaction SM59). The message returned by the RFC interface is:
Error when opening an RFC connection (LB: Hostname or service of the message server unknown DEST =SA
System Response
No data was transmitted from or to the remote system.
Procedure
Notify the system adminstration.
NB : the RFC connection is maintained and we already implemented notes but I can't find why it doesn't work now.
Is there any way to resolve the problem
Thanks in advance

Hi Sabrine,
SAPOSS RFC connection must now be maintained with the technical user than anyone's individual S User.
Following are couple of handy SAP Notes:
2740667 - RFC connection SAPOSS to SAP Service & Support backbone will change (latest) in January 20...
2668288 - Differences between personalized S-User and Technical Communication User
Above all, assuming you've updated your SAP estate with new support backbone connectivity.
Let me know how you get on.
Best Regards,
Kashyap Shah
