I cant connect to SAP IDES (Virtual Machine) from client machine

I installed SAP IDES EEC 6 EHP 8 in a Virtual Machine. I can connect IDES in VM but when I try to connect from other machine to SAP IDES in VM, through SAPGUI I cannot connect.

I did port forrwading in VM settings as below.

What am I doing wrong? Or do I need some more configuration?

Does SAP GUI settings differ in client, how should it be? I did it as below, this works fine in VM but I cannot connect with this settings from client.
