I am developing an automatic import service from another system.
I use the "manager" login and password to connect to SAP.
I need the import of the bill of material to be saved as another user in the case of the person in charge of the sector, is there any way?
Putting his password works, but he changes and loses the automatic service.
I did it with the SAPbobsCOM Library, but I don't want to import it as a "manager"

It's not another company. It is a safe system that releases the material/tool according to the operator's work order.
As they are scrap items, we validate the output quantity with the main stock.
