BI URL showing error internal server error

Hello Experts, Please i have a challenge after installing SAP Business Object Business Intelligent when i lunch it the page were loading very fine but after installing SAP Lumira Designer and Lumira Discovery when i lunch the URL it will give an error attached is the error message. Please what can course this issue.
