Application server not responding

While creating Instance in RZ04 t-code, It through the message "Application server not responding". please help me to solve this.

Have you imported the profile using the transaction code RZ10?

Yeah sir. I imported the profiles

seems RZ04 is reading wrong profile or it is not able to recognize the instance.

try to delete and reconfigure OpModes from scratch.
