The same customer exists in your CRM, your ERP, and the platform that arrived with an acquisition. Three records, three spellings, three addresses, and nothing linking them. Each system is correct within its own walls.
A person knows how to reconcile them. An AI agent does not. It takes one record, acts on it, and reports back with complete confidence.

Connecting those systems doesn't solve the problem. SAP Master Data Governance governs master data at the point of creation across customers, suppliers, and products, tied directly to your SAP Cloud ERP processes. SAP Reltio unifies data from SAP and non-SAP sources, resolving entities at ecosystem scale and publishing them as unified data products.
What we'll explore
During the session, we'll show you how to:
- Resolve duplicate records across SAP and non-SAP systems into a single golden record
- Apply survivorship rules to determine which source system wins, and understand why
- Trace every value in a trusted record back to the system that supplied it
- Publish unified master data as unified data products that agents and applications can depend on
The demo follows one customer fragmented across seven source systems, including ERP, CRM, IT service management, support, contract management, and third-party data.
You'll see AI-powered matching surface duplicates that rules-based approaches can miss. You'll see the audit trail reconstruct exactly what merged and when. And you'll watch the relationship graph fill in as information from different sources comes together.
Most importantly, you'll see where the final record comes from. Every attribute traces back to a source that already had it. Nobody types the golden record; it is assembled.
An agent is only as reliable as the record behind it. Connectivity gives AI more data. Master data management helps determine which data it can trust.
