SAC Planning - Locked Plan-Version Issue

Hello,

We are on SAC Version "2025.21.1" and I suddenly notice a strange behaviour. When I access a planning Story from a Landingpage using a dynamic URL, I pass the Plan-Version in the URL, the locked Plan-Version looks editable, but when you enter a value it reverts it back to original the moment you enter it. 

The value, when I enter the Story using a URL, it looks editable 

I can edit it as well

After i press enter, It retains new value for a second and reverts it back to the original by itself:

Refreshing the page also does not work, After I select another Version from the dropdown and then again this version, now the version looks "locked" and is not editable anymore.

The same Story, with same URL Logic was working fine on Version "2025.14.21" and we have another client with "2025.14.21", there it is also working. Does anyone have the same issue?
