- not possible to answer to a comment (only to an answer) - comment with SHIFT-Enter opens a new browser window instead of doing a line-break as normal - in one-line-comment-textarea mentioning with @ does not work - not possible to change to editor. You have to comment and then click "edit message" for further editing - when @ mentioning someone it is not possible to select proposed users by cursor down -- inconsistent display of proposed users: sometimes the list changes immediatly after having displayed some users - commenting only possible in one line -> captured here - tagging of other users complicated -> also captured here

When clicking a link to a comment from an email notification, the whole thread is not expanded by default. It's not obvious that there is a button "View entire topic".

To get to the content on the blog post and question reading view page faster, please review if the blue header is needed. The only information needed on top of the page is: - Navigation area on top - breadcrumbs below (optional) - h1 title of the blog - date & author - blog content

Do you have some place where we can ask Qs to get quick answers based tons of community questions been answered and accepted as solution... This will benefit for us instead of waiting for answer from community colleagues... SAP Community is having huge knowledge database which can be utilised in a better way so this will increase more non SAP colleagues to join SAP community to get more members .. Do you have vector db for us to use Any APIs do you plan to release which we can build our own chatbot in Gradio or streamlit.

When I look at a question, the SAP Managed Tags are not sufficient to understand the scope of the question, they are too much general. The labels bring more value but are displayed at the end of the question. Is it possible to put them up, right below the SAP Managed Tags?

Each search result is displayed in exceedingly large white boxes, which makes it difficult to go through the results and find what you’re looking for. Perhaps that could be fixed by removing the Tags, Labels and SAP Managed Tags.

A lot of space on the screen is not used. Instead of this very little is used for the blogs or topic pages. Instead of “horizontal reading” users need to scroll the whole time the small narrow area for blogs to read the content -> very inconvenient. What is the reason not to use the space on the screen? All other areas of the top menu of sap.com (Products, Support, Learning….) use the whole space on the screen, only the community content does not do it.

Smaller headers Be it a blog post, an answer, or some discussion, the page headers are too big. The large headers/titles and empty spaces on each page, such as those for blog posts, answers, or discussions, seem to dominate the screen, making it necessary to scroll significantly to reach the main content. (E.g., with this page the header "What's New ... Stay informed about the latest..." the title of the blog category appears significantly larger than the blog post title. As a result, it can be confusing for users to distinguish between the two, as the category title tends to dominate the page and may be mistaken for the blog title itself. By increasing the font size and font weight of the blog post title, we could ensure that it stands out clearly and is easily distinguishable from the category title. When users navigate to the category page, it of course makes sense to have it large here! an example how the visual hierarchy looks like in the internal SAP News blog (emphasized article title). a blog is mapped to ERP the first headline is Enterprise Resource Planning Blogs by SAP. Scrolling down the user sees the headline for the respective blog. Is it possible to link to the blog directly without having this big general headline above? The blog itself appears very small and the user has to orientate and scroll where to find what he is looking for? Or would it be possible to make this header smaller? And why is in between the header and the blog “What are you looking for today” - If the user is linked to a specific blog he does not need it.

Social media share buttons for e.g. LinkedIn or X at all SAP Community Blog posts to share an article directly from the blog post. When posting a Link to the community page on LinkedIn, there only appears the logo of SAP and the header of the blogpost .Before the migration of the community page there appeared always a preview-picture of the blog post which attracted people to click on the link.
