SAP Certification Exam booking process

Hi Team,

Greetings!

I have a question-related SAP Certification Exam booking process. I have completed the training and received a coupon to book the exam. I have successfully redempted the coupon, but my booking status still shows 'Booking in progress.' I did receive an email on 'Booking submission confirmation' but no update after it since 16th Aug.

So I just wanted to confirm how long it takes for an order to get processed completely and when I will able to book my exam.

How long after completing the training did you receive the coupon?

I wrote to the concerned team with all the relevant details and screenshots. received the response within 24 hours.

Sorry you are having trouble finally getting your certification attempt. It is the local training shop team that needs to process your booking - jump to step 4 of this guide to find them.
