Event registration access

I am trying to register to upcoming EC and Compensation webinar. I used to be able to attend in the old platform. When I try to register under this new platform, I get this error message.

I have contacted SAP and issue a ticket. No one is responding. Please kindly help. Thanks

Hi @Former Member - you will need to use your “S-User ID" as part of your UID in order to access any part of the SAP SuccessFactors area(s) and not your “P-User ID”. Feel free to reach out to me via direct message and please let me know whether it worked! Thank you!
